We have news: We are moving! We have sold The Cozy Cottage and are moving nearby.

We have lived in this cozy cottage and have loved it and made it our own both inside and out over the past 10.5 years. The house holds a lot of memories for us – it was our first house to own, it’s what brought us from New York City to the New Jersey suburbs, it’s where we welcomed home our beloved dog Molly and it’s where we became parents to our beautiful (human) baby boy August. We love it here and never would be leaving if it weren’t for two things:

1. We wanted a house with just a little more space inside and outside than what we have at The Cozy Cottage and we wanted to find a place in our same neighborhood.
2. We actually found what we were looking for!

Our offer was accepted on the new house at the end of March and so we put The Cozy Cottage on the market in mid-April and accepted an offer from a young family that we hope will love and appreciate the house and the neighborhood at least as much as we do. And now, this last week of June, it’s official: we’re moving out of the home that we love. I’ll share more about the new house soon. For now, here is The Cozy Cottage in snapshots from recent months.
